We’ll pick you up in your Riad/Hotel and drive to Palmeraie, a beautiful palm oasis situated at the northern edge of Marrakech. Once in there you’ll have time to take pictures with the camels, free time to wander around and after a delicious cup of mint tea you’ll choose a camel for your trek. In the early afternoon your ride will start and you’ll be able to presence a wonderful sunset as you cross the Palmeraie.
Lastly, you’ll say goodbye to your new friend and we’ll transfer you safely to your Riad/Hotel.
We’ll pick you up in your Riad/Hotel at 8:00 a.m. and we’ll head to Essaouira, a charming city that rises over a rocky island surrounded by mountains, trees and fine sand dunes. Essaouira is without a doubt one of the most fascinating places in Morocco, famous for its natural reserve in Mogador Island and for its UNESCO World Heritage Medina.
Once you’re in town you’ll have time to explore the medina, to visit the harbor and have a delicious lunch in the port while you enjoy from the welcoming hospitality of its people. On our way back to Marrakech we can make a stop at a cooperative and see how Argan oil is produced while you share a cup of mint tea with the women who work there.
We say goodbye once we arrive at Marrakech and we transfer you safely to your Riad/Hotel.
After picking you up at 8:00 a.m. in your Riad/Hotel in Marrakech we’ll drive through the High Atlas Mountains until we reach Tizi n’Tichka to enjoy from breathtaking views and to take some nice pictures. We’ll continue our way and see some interesting Berber villages where you’ll be able to learn from a different culture. Once we arrive at the fortified city of Ait-Ben-Haddou you’ll have time to explore this amazing Ksar and then free time for lunch in town.
In the afternoon we’ll continue our way to the Gate of the Desert, the beautiful Ouarzazate. This city is also known as the Hollywood of Africa because many important movies like Gladiator were filmed in here. After taking some nice pictures we head to the Taourirt Kasbah, which is another ancient and spectacular Ksar. We say goodbye once we arrive at Marrakech and we transfer you safely to your Riad/Hotel. show.
After picking you up in your Riad/Hotel in Marrakech we’ll start our adventure toward Ourika, making our first stop in a traditional souk. If you’re travelling Monday you’ll have a chance to see the Ourika souk and the Aghabalou on Thursdays. If you’re travelling Tuesday or Saturday then we’ll be able to make a stop the Tahanout or Asni souks
After visiting one of the picturesque local souks we’ll head to a real Berber house, were a member of the family will teach you to prepare and serve a good Moroccan mint tea. Then we’ll head to Setti Fatma, a wonderful valley famous for its Seven Waterfalls. If you’re an adventurer you can choose to do some little hiking and take some pictures in the first waterfall or you could just wander around to enjoy from the beautiful green valleys and rocky foothills.
Lastly we’ll have lunch in a restaurant were you’ll enjoy from the local cuisine and hospitality. We say goodbye once we arrive at Marrakech and we transfer you safely back at your Riad/Hotel.
We’ll pick you up in your Riad/Hotel at 8:00 a.m. and drive 160 km to Axilla where you’ll find one of the most beautiful and spectacular waterfalls in all Africa.
Before we start descending to the base of the waterfalls you can make a short stop in one of the lookouts and see down the abysm where the view and the sound of the water falling ill give you a thrilling sensation. During the entire walk you’ll be able to enjoy from the fauna and vegetation of the place. It’s also very common to see monkeys that are capable of steeling laughs even from the grumpiest visitors. We’ll also visit the small old mills of the zone which are still active and then you’ll have free time for lunch and to wander around before we head back and transfer you safely to your Riad/Hotel in Marrakech.
We’ll pick you up in your Riad/Hotel at 8:00 a.m. and we’ll head to the Mediterranean coastline of northwest Morocco. Situated in between the Rif Mountains we’ll find an enchanting blue city that is as beautiful as rich in history. Once there we’ll go straight to a strategic lookout where you’ll be able to admire the entire town from above. After taking pictures we’ll go to Chefchaouen and start by exploring the majestic walls and gates, the medina and its natural water spring.
We’ll be visiting the Kasbah Museum, the Grand Mosque which is famous for its octagonal minaret, Ras el-Ma that is the point in which the water that comes from the mountains trickles into town and then we’ll head to Plaza Uta el-Hammam. We’ll have lunch in a local restaurant and then you’ll have free time to relax and enjoy the majestic mountains that overlook the city.
Then you’ll have time to explore on your own and to take beautiful pictures in the white and blue washed streets and to wander around Chefchaouen’s souk. It’s not as big as in the larger cities and you’ll really enjoy its relaxed ambience and vibe. We’ll go back to Fez in the afternoon and we say goodbye once we transfer you safely to your Riad/Hotel.
After picking you up in your Riad/Hotel at 8:00 a.m. we’ll head to Volubilis, an old and stunning UNESCO World Heritage Site that has preserved its archeological remains through the years. As we explore this Roman ghost town you’ll be amazed with the beauty of the Mosaics in the House of Ephebe, Hercules and the House of the Athlete. Other places of interest are the baths, the Aqueduct, the Capitoline Temple, the Basilica, the Olive Presses, the Arch of Caracalla and the Lapidarium.
Once you’re ready we’ll head to Meknes, which even though is a big city, you’ll notice it’s much quieter and relaxed than Fez, Marrakech and Rabat. We’ll start in the magnificent Bab Mansour Lalej and the Mausoleum of Mulay Ismail. You’ll have time to discover the beautiful narrow streets, and to take pictures inside Old Town. We’ll have lunch in a restaurant close to Plaza el-Hedim and we’ll wander around the city walls and if you want we can go visit Cara, a subterranean prison. We’ll head back to Fez in the afternoon and we say goodbye once we transfer you safely to your Riad/Hotel.
